She assumed her current position in 2009 working with BankServ International to work with client multi-national corporations' efforts to modify their world-wide payment processing by joining the BankServ International Service Bureau and SWIFT. Ms. Groscost spent 2007 to 2009 working with Aflac, taking on the responsibility of overseeing various projects within a wide range of budgets. In this capacity, she was entrusted with working on large infrastructure projects, facilitating the conversion to new technology and illuminating platforms, retiring legacy programs, and corresponding with organizational executive management to develop and manage strategic initiatives into deliverable projects.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Groscost has acquired a reputation for delivering prompt and high-quality complex multi-platform programs and projects. She was part of a team that earned the prestigious ComputerWorld Smithsonian Award for Technology Innovation in 1998, and considers this her proudest professional accomplishment to date. In addition to working for BankServ, Ms. Groscost shares her expertise in project management with students at Columbus State University as a part-time instructor.
