Cloud-Based Computer Technology Delivers Worldwide Data Access for Synovate Retail Performance

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug 09, 2011 - One of the world's leading suppliers of footfall and shopper behavioural analysis systems for retailers, Synovate Retail Performance Ltd, has recently adopted FuseMetrix cloud computer technology developed by Milton Keynes IT specialists Web Office Systems Ltd to manage its worldwide operations.

Synovate Retail Performance, which has its UK office in Milton Keynes, is currently monitoring footfall in over 20 countries around the world, providing retailers with valuable data about best rc helicopter buy sell market place the performance of their businesses in local markets.  Information such as the number of people visiting the store, the average sale and the amount of time customers spend queuing, are some of the key performance indicators obtained by Synovate's technology. The new system will streamline the company's internal administration by providing an integrated system to handle accounts, CRM and stock control and will a remote control helicopter lso allow Synovate's personnel around the world to access data for analysis and reporting.  Access to the FuseMetrix system is possible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection without the need for installed software.

The FuseMetrix system will shortly be used by Synovate's service engineers to report on the condition of in-store data capture equipment. The current manual system will be replaced by an online solution with engineers using a PDA to post technical information to the central database.
